A mild Sri Lankan red curry with soft chunks of organic beef, carrot, zucchini, wombok & spring onion. Beautifully fragrant and coconutty, not spicy.

The veggies are from Pat & Sally @ Wagtails Market Garden and Sophie & Daniel @ Gathered Organics. The beef is from Donna & Steve of Geo Organics in Metricup.

• Vasse & Busselton: Weds + Fri 3pm – 6pm
