A mild, aromatic and creamy beef curry with a tomato & coconut cream base. Lots of spices like ginger, coriander, cumin, turmeric and mustard seed make this dish super scrumptious.

As always, this dish will have lots of organic veggies like sweet potato, wombok, capsicum and carrot.

The organic beef is from Donna & Steve at Geo Organics, veggies from Pat & Sally @ Wagtails' Market Garden and Sophie & Daniel @ Gathered Organics.
